How do I wash and care for my cashmere?
Hand-wash in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry - never wring or tumble-dry. See our full Care Guide.
Is pilling a fault with my cashmere?
Not at all! A few tiny, fluffy nubs may appear at first - that’s normal. Though high-grade cashmere fibres are durable, some loose ends can surface with friction. After a few wears, the pilling subsides, and your cashmere becomes smooth and supremely soft. See our full Care Guide for pilling removal.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since our collection is exclusively available on a pre-order basis, all sales are final and exchanges aren’t available. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund. See full details in our Terms & Conditions.
