1. Overview

By visiting our site or purchasing from Serduo, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any linked policies or updates. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our site—shoppers, vendors, content contributors, and browsers. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or services. We may add new features or tools at any time; continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept those updates.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have a guardian’s permission) to enter into a binding agreement. Use our site and products only for lawful purposes. Any illegal or unauthorized activity—such as infringing on copyrights, uploading harmful code, or violating local laws—will result in immediate termination of your access. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason. While payment data is always encrypted during transmission, other content (e.g., comments) may travel over unencrypted networks. You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of our site without written permission.

3. Information Accuracy & Site Updates

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee everything will always be current or error-free. 4. Pricing, Service Changes & Product Details

 All product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at our discretion and without liability. Some items may be available only online and in limited quantities; those items follow our Refund Policy for returns or exchanges. We do our best to display product colours and images accurately, but monitor displays can vary. We may limit or cancel orders we consider fraudulent or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Cashmere Care & Pilling
Our cashmere pieces are made from natural fibres, which means occasional pilling is normal and not a defect. Cashmere requires ongoing care—follow our care guide and use the included cashmere comb to remove pills. Proper upkeep will keep your cashmere soft and luxurious.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders typically ship in 3–4 weeks. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you with an updated timeline. If your product does not meet promised specifications—due to our error or that of a production partner—contact us so we can resolve the issue. Any replacement or exchange for a sweater (or similar product) will be fulfilled via our pre-order process, which may take several weeks to produce and deliver.

In the event that the Products are not produced in accordance with the Product Specifications due to an error on our part (or any third party that we work with for the provision of our Services), we will work with you to remedy the issue.

By accepting the sale of the product, you are also accepting Serduo’s Terms and Conditions.

5. Orders, Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to notify you via the contact information you provided. You agree to provide and promptly update complete and accurate account and payment details (such as email, billing address, and card information). Refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links (“Third-Party Tools”). These are offered “as is” and “as available” without any endorsement or warranty. Use them at your own risk and review each third party’s terms. We are not responsible for any harm or liability arising from your use of third-party resources. Any future tools or features we introduce will also be covered by these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content (Comments & Feedback)

When you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content (voluntarily or by our request), you grant Serduo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute that content in any medium. You confirm that your submissions do not violate any rights (copyright, privacy, defamation, etc.) or contain harmful code. We may—at our discretion—monitor, edit, or remove any content we find unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for your own submissions.

9. Errors, Omissions & Updates

Occasionally, the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. If an error forces us to cancel or modify your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We have no obligation to update all content unless required by law.
